The business is owned by Jackie Faulds who, along with her team, is absolutely passionate about giving people the best possible care. Anyone who comes into contact with the Who Cares? We Care! can feel reassured their loved ones will receive the most appropriate services to meet their individual needs.
Who Cares? We Care! services cover the following areas: Port Phillip, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Bayside, Kingston, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula Shire, City of Casey,
Greater Dandenong, Knox and Monash.
To ensure we deliver the highest level of service, we are always focused on improving company efficiencies through solid training systems, empowering staff to provide the highest possible level of care. This, in turn, has led us to introduce private case management as a further service we can offer to current private clients.
I entered the Aged Care Industry because I care about the way that our older citizens are treated and the services that they receive. As a carer I was passionate about ensuring I gave the best possible service and attention. As I gained experience I began to notice many shortfalls in the way some agencies coordinated and provided care.
Over time I came to the realisation that I could provide a better service – and Who Cares? We Care! was born. The business has been built on honest hard work, attention to detail and a desire to provide the highest possible level of service to the aged and disabled in the areas of personal and aged care. Who Cares? We Care! is now 10 years old and our staff have a combined experience of over 75 years working within the Aged Care sector.
Tracy has been apart of the team for almost 3 years. Over 25 years in the Human service industry in management and carer support roles, along with her qualifications in the social sciences and training and development, ensures she has the knowledge and genuine understanding of the requirements to support ‘Who cares? We care!’ in the General Manager role.
As General Manager, Tracy will be responsible for leading the team through industry audits and continuation of staff development and training, so our staff maintain knowledge and skill in the industry they are passionate about.
Morgan received her qualifications in Certificate IV in Aged Care 2009 then started working with Jackie at Who Cares? We Care! as a Direct Care worker in 2010. Morgan supported people in their homes and in the Community for almost 10 years with Who Cares? We Care! She has always had a strong passion in helping those who require assistance in every aspect of care and support and could not imagine herself doing anything else!
Morgan has recently been appointed the role of Office Manager due to her excellent knowledge of the role, industry and the amazing support she gives to the clients and direct care staff.
Jennifer began working for Who Cares? We Care in early January 2015.
Completed her Aged Care Certificate 3 in late 2014.
Jennifer’s role has predominantly been as an Aged Care worker, out on the road visiting and supporting our clients helping with all their individual needs. Due to Jennifer’s skills and vast knowledge, she has recently been appointed the role of Personal Assistant to Director Jackie Fauld’s.
This is an exciting career change for Jennifer and is looking forward to expanding her experience within the Company.
Assistant Care Coordinator
Yolanda began working for Who Cares? We Care! in early 2014, having qualified in Cert 3 Aged and Disability Care in 2013. Yolanda has worked directly with clients, actively supporting them in their daily activities. Her extensive experience in public service – including community based child and family organisations – helps provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Yolanda also has experience as a career, in both aged care facilities and home based organisations. Yolanda’s future role will be focused on supporting our growing office management team and expanding business.
