SCHEDULE OF FEES as at 1st July 2023- 30th June 2024
Personal Care – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
Home Help – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
*Shopping – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
*Transportation – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
Meal Preparation – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
Respite – $56 per hour ($61.60 incl. GST)
Overnight – $580.00 per 9-hour sleeping shift ($638.00 incl. GST)
*If Shopping or Transport services are required mileage will be charged at $1.90 per km.
Please note that services are offered 7 days a week. The rates above apply for Monday to Friday
After hour services – Monday to Friday (before 7am or after 6pm) are charged at time & a half.
Weekend rates are charged at: 1.75 time from midnight Friday to midnight Saturday
Double time from midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday.
Public holidays at 2.75 time.
Please note that weekend and public holiday rate changes are due to fair work ombudsman changes to SCHADS awards as of 1st July 2020.
Please note all services are minimum 2hrs as per SCHADS award.
Late Cancellation charges – Late cxl charges apply from 1pm onwards the business day prior to service and from 1pm onwards 2 business days prior to a public holiday.
